CustomerFlows connects to your Stripe account through Stripe's official OAuth Connect flow. Click 'Connect Stripe' in your dashboard, log in to your Stripe account, and authorize the integration. The whole process takes under 2 minutes. After that, CustomerFlows listens to Stripe webhooks for successful charges, paid invoices, and completed subscriptions, then sends review requests on the schedule you set.
Which Stripe products does this work with?
All of them. CustomerFlows fires review requests on Stripe Checkout sessions, Payment Links, Stripe Billing subscriptions, Stripe Invoicing, Stripe Connect platform charges, and even direct API charges. If money moved through your Stripe account, we can trigger a review request from it.
When should review requests be sent after a Stripe payment?
It depends on your business model. For digital products and SaaS, we recommend 3-7 days after payment so customers have time to actually use the product. For physical goods, send after delivery confirmation (we can read your Stripe shipping data). For subscription renewals, fire on the second or third successful charge so reviewers have real experience. All timing is configurable per workflow.
Will this work with subscription businesses?
Yes — Stripe Billing is one of the strongest use cases. You can fire review requests on the first paid invoice (welcome ask), on every Nth renewal (loyalty ask), or after annual upgrades. What customer data does CustomerFlows pull from Stripe?
We pull the customer's email address, name (if provided), the charge or invoice ID, the payment amount, and the timestamp. We do NOT receive card numbers, CVCs, or any PCI-regulated data — that stays inside Stripe. We use this data only to send the review request and to show you per-customer analytics in your dashboard.
