Important: Customer Profiles Required

For our system to send review requests, your payment account must have a customer profile connected to the transaction with their:

Email address (for email review requests)
Phone number (for SMS review requests)

Tip: At least one contact method is required. Both is recommended!

Test It Yourself (Square):

1 Open your Square Dashboard and go to Customers
2 Create a new customer profile with your own email and phone number
3 Process a $0.00 transaction and attach it to that customer
4 Check your email and phone - you'll receive a review request!

Test It Yourself (Stripe):

1 Open your Stripe Dashboard and go to Customers
2 Create a new customer with your own email and phone number
3 Go to Invoices and create a $0.00 invoice for that customer
4 Stripe will automatically mark it as paid - no action needed!
5 Check your email and phone - you'll receive a review request!

How It Works Going Forward:

Customer pays via your payment system (with profile containing email/phone)
We detect the payment instantly
Receipt and review request sent immediately via SMS and/or email
Customer clicks link and leaves you a review!

How to Get Your Google Review Link

Go to Google Business Profile

Visit your Google Business Profile dashboard

Open Google Business Profile

If not already signed in, log in with your Google account that manages your business

Find "Ask for Reviews" Button

In your dashboard, look for the "Ask for reviews" button and click it

Copy Your Review Link

Google will show your shareable review link. Copy it and paste it above.
