Getting Started
How do I set up CustomerFlows?
Setting up CustomerFlows takes just 5 minutes:
- Create your account (starts 7-day free trial)
- Connect your Square or Stripe account (one-click OAuth)
- Customize your message templates
- Set your review platform links (Google, Yelp, etc.)
- You're live! Review requests send automatically
How do I find my Google Review Link?
Your Google Review link is unique to your Google Business Profile:
- Go to Google Business Profile
- Select your business location
- Click "Get more reviews" in the left menu
- Copy the "Share review form" link
- Paste it into CustomerFlows settings
The link looks like: https://g.page/r/YOUR_BUSINESS_CODE/review
Which payment processors do you support?
CustomerFlows integrates with both Square and Stripe for automatic review requests after payments. Connect either payment processor via one-click OAuth during setup. If you use a different payment processor (Clover, Toast, etc.), please contact us about future integrations.
Billing & Plans
How much does CustomerFlows cost?
We offer three plans:
- Starter: $59/month - Up to 500 SMS + 500 emails/month
- Professional: $129/month - Up to 2,000 SMS + 2,000 emails/month
- Enterprise: $249/month - Up to 5,000 SMS + 5,000 emails/month
All plans include a 7-day free trial with no credit card required. Save 5% with annual billing.

Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. You'll retain access until your next billing date, and there are no cancellation fees.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our secure payment processor, Square.

How does automatic review requesting work?
After a customer completes a payment through Square or Stripe, CustomerFlows automatically sends them a text message and email with:
- Their payment receipt
- A link to leave a review
You can customize the timing (instant or delayed) and the message content in your dashboard.
Can I customize the review request messages?
Yes! You can fully customize both SMS and email templates from your templates page. Use personalization variables like {customerName} and {businessName} to make messages feel personal.
Which review platforms are supported?
CustomerFlows supports all major review platforms:
- Google My Business (most popular)
- Yelp
- TripAdvisor
- Custom review URLs
How do I view my analytics?
Your dashboard shows real-time analytics including:
- Total review requests sent
- Response rates
- Review platform breakdown
- Recent activity feed
